    • 0445 = Cat moves around bed
    • 0530 = Cat moves around bed again
    • 0650 = Alarm
    • 0700 = Shower, etc
    • 0725 = Breakfast, twitter, facebook, world news etc
    • 0805 = Walk to work
    • 0845 = Coffee pickup
    • 0855 = Arrive at office
    • 0900 – 1000 = E-mails, work related news/blogs. Sometimes work.
    • 1000 – 1200 = Work
    • 1200 = usually Chipotle :-)
    • 1220 – 1300 = eat, read more stuff, type comments like this one
    • 1300 – 1530 = Work (head down, headphones on. "Flow" type work)
    • 1530 = optional coffee break
    • 1545 – 1800 = work
    • 1800 = walk home (sometimes via grocery store)
    • 1845 – 1900 arrive home (depends on groceries)
    • 1900 = Jeopardy!
    • 1930 – 2200 = Cooking, chores, internetting, personal projects, video games. This really depends on the day.
    • 2200 = get into bed, usually put a podcast or BBC documentary on iPad
    • 2230 – 2345 = Fall asleep somewhere in here depending on how tied I am.
