I actually planned out my week on a calendar last night, partly to see what I need to do this week and also to make sure I'm spending my time where I should be.
6:55am Alarm and get out of bed
7-7:40 Shower and dress
7:40-8 Breakfast and reading
8-8:30 Free time
8:30am-12:30pm Work. (I'm remote)
12:30-1:30 Lunch and family
1:30-5:30 Work
5:30-6 Free time. Read. Personal stuff.
6-7 Dinner and cleanup
7-9:30 Family stuff. Weeknight events. Personal time. Sometimes exercise.
9:30-10:30 Resist sleep. Think about all the things I didn't do but want to. Maybe read or work on cool stuff.
