    Suggestion: Use Markdown (* + space) to style your schedule in a list. Too late for mine, DN doesn't allow editing.

    Here's mine again:

    • 5:10am Alarm
    • 5:40 Leave home; drive oldest child to early-morning study
    • 6:00 Personal study (my own)
    • 6:45 Drop off son at school; return home
    • 7:15 Shower, breakfast, help other children prepare for school
    • 8:30 Head to office; run errands; social media & inbox
    • 10:00 Begin workday (primarily Authentic Jobs)
    • 12:00 Lunch
    • 12:45pm-ish Continue workday; squeeze in a workout on break
    • 4:30 Head home
    • 5:00 Dinner
    • 5:30 Leave for sons' soccer practice; coach one of the teams
    • 7:30 Return home
    • 7:30–10:30ish Family activities, homework, church service, etc.
    • 11:00pm-ish Retire to bed

      from your schedule it looks like you only get about 6 hours of sleep, is that enough for a productive day? i've been pushing to get about 8 hours of sleep and I thought that wasn't enough yet. :o

        I believe it's 6 hours if you're over 18 and 8 for under.

        In hindsight, I should have prefaced this post stating that it wasn't meant to encourage all of us to work even longer hours or get even less sleep.

        In my case, I've been functioning on 5-7 hours of sleep for a long time. That's just how my body operates. Doesn't work for everyone.
