    Frank's blog posts always get me thinking, but then I always finish reading and wonder... "ok, so now what?"

      I completely agree. It's kind of heart-wrenching to live on two planes: one as a designer who's inspired by the ideas brought up by this article, and the other as a designer who must contend with the daily, prosaic concerns of contributing to a actual business whose goal isn't to carry the field of web design forward.
