Hi Saptarshi, thank you for your question! I'm really no expert in this topic but I think that when your work is solid, people will notice you (if you have any kind of public profile of course). So the best thing to always do and continue doing is to learn more and more and produce meaningful things along the way. Getting inspired by great designers or programmers is also important.
