I'm still very basic when it comes to html/css. I understand the technologies I'm design for and know about leading tech, but I have trouble translating design into code with my head. I do some code just not very well and not very advanced with it. I use compass and sass and that's about advanced as I get I suppose.
Stakeholders/clients need buy in on the design and flow with something that represents a high fidelity visual or close to it. Which is where clickable prototypes with invision or marvel are handy for me.
I typically work with a front-end dev to help implement designs and interactions.
