How do you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    That's one of the perks of being my own boss.

    One day decided to become healthier, loose fat and build muscle. I was fat and lazy, using my time-consuming work as an excuse.

    I started doing bodybuilding. Lifting weights, running and making HIIT as part of my gym routines. But also, eating clean and 6 times a day. With the help of multivitamins supplements as (whey and casein)protein, creatine and beta-alanine for intense workout endurance.

    In only 1 month I lost more than 20 pounds of fat, and replace it with muscle.

    The best of all; It transform the way I work, making me more creative and relaxed even with big projects and tight deadlines.

    Wherever if you work at a company or freelance. Make time and start a physical activity as running (one of the simplest), dance or go to the gym, you only need 30 mins a day. And remember to eat clean, cut the useless fat, carbs and sugar. Replace it with healthier options like meat, oatmeal and fruits.
