How do you maintain a healthy lifestyle?

    I eat vegan. A whole food and whole grain diet. I also take a shot of braggs apple cider vinegar in the morning. It keeps me energized throughout the day and keeps me light and lean. Usually, meat and dairy makes me feel tired and heavy not giving me what I need to focus for the rest of the day.
