Easy! I use LittleSnapper for that. Nowadays it is transformed into Ember. It's looks quite expensive but it is worth the investment. You can arrange by pattern, platform or any given tag. Easy retrieval of your inspiration.

  I asked this same question awhile back. Was using Icebergs. Switched to Dragdis. Tried Ember and switched to that. Go with Ember.
