Dewey is awesome. If you're looking for a free way to visualise your bookmarks in Chrome it's bang on.
Stache has a bunch of extra features including full-page screenshots, page archiving, full content search and a companion iOS app, if that's what you're looking for.
Also worth mentioning, Stache isn't a service, it's an app so it won't 'go down'. We don't use any third party services (other than iCloud for storage) — all processing is carried out locally on the device.
If you're worried about getting your data out of Stache, we provide an export function too.

I've been using Dewey for Chrome which does something similar but instead uses your existing bookmarks' folders as tags, and allows you to filter by search. I'm sure it's not as robust though.
Stache looks great though, so it may be worth giving a try. My only issue with something like this is that if the service goes down, so do my bookmarks. At least with Dewey, my bookmarks will always be there since they're natively synced in Chrome.
