Wayward Souls is a great dungeon crawler with great pixel art and a forboding atmosphere.

Colorbind is a beautiful puzzle game. I don't know if it will have been updated for Retina and/or iPhone 5 screens, but I very much hope it has.

Trainyard is an enormously satisfying puzzle game. There's a free version with different puzzles.
